She was particularly attuned to us living in a different state with limited access.. Communication was well maintained. Although she is new to the business, if something was not known, answers were secured and returned. Her presentation online was well done which attracted high volume of searches and saves. Closing was without complications other than delay by the lender twice. I agree with her high grade.
